A Rolled Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane, often called a spiral-wound UF membrane, is a compact, high-surface-area filter where flat membrane sheets are layered with spacers and rolled into a spiral shape, efficiently removing large molecules, colloids, bacteria, and viruses from liquids for water purification, dairy processing, and biotech, offering energy savings and robust performance compared to other filtration methods.
The electrophoretic paint ultrafiltration membrane is a rolled ultrafiltration membrane synthesized bypolymer chemical synthesis. During the coating process, the ultrafiltration can be used to separate smallmolecular weight impurities from the electrophoretic paint. Small molecular weight substances such asresin solvents, acids and salts, etc., pass through the ultrafiltration permeate (water) together with theelectrophoretic paint, and the electrophoretic paint is separated and reused.
