An MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) Plate and Frame Ultrafiltration Membrane is a key component in advanced wastewater treatment, using flat, rigid membrane sheets supported by plates (like a filter press) to physically separate treated water (permeate) from biomass, achieving high-quality effluent by removing bacteria and suspended solids, combining the robust structure of plates with the fine filtration of UF membranes for compact, efficient treatment.
UF ultrafiltration can effectively remove large molecular impurities such aslarge molecular organic matter, proteins, viruses, pigments, polysaccha-rides, etc. in water, and pass small molecular substances and water such asinorganic salts, small molecular pigments, monosaccharides, etc. It can alsobe used to separate materials of different molecular weights to achieve thepurpose of water decolorization, purification and concentration separa-tion.UF ultrafiltration can effectively remove large molecular impuritiessuch as large molecular organic matter, proteins, viruses, pigments, poly-saccharides, etc. in water, and pass small molecular substances and watersuch as inorganic salts, small molecular pigments, monosaccharides, etc. Itcan also be used to separate materials of different molecular weights toachieve the purpose of water decolorization, purification and concentra-tion separation.
