1.This filter is a bag filter,equipped with a standard 4# filter bag (φ105*380MM), and can also be
modified into a 10″*1 cotton core filter.

2.This filter is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and can match filter bags of internationally renowned brands (such as EATON, FSI,  etc.), as well as domestic standard filter bags.

3.The barrel adopts a one-piece design, with a solid and reliable structure without any welding points, completely solving the problem of leakage. The polished barrel wall design not only prevents the chemical liquid from crystallizing on the barrel wall but also facilitates manual cleaning.

1. Before use, be sure to clean all sealing rings and sealing ring fixing grooves of the filter, and then place the sealing ring naturally in the sealing ring fixing groove.
2. Place the filter bag into the mesh basket inside the filter, so that the ring of the filter is close to the filter barrel (for barrel wall-sealed filters) or the inner wall of the basket (for basket wall-sealed filters).
3. Place the filter bag pressure ring vertically above the filter bag ring and press the filter bag ring.
4. Place the inner pressure plate of the upper cover on the upper opening of the filter and press the sealing ring flatly.
5. Tighten the filter upper cover to the barrel clockwise.
6. Install the pressure gauge connector and install the pressure gauge.
7. Close the drain valve, open the liquid inlet and outlet valve, and start the pump.

1. Stop the pump operation, close the inlet and outlet valves, open the drain valve, and drain the liquid inside the filter.
2. Rotate counterclockwise to open the upper cover of the filter, and take out the inner pressure plate and filter bag pressure ring of the upper cover.
3. Take out the filter bag and clean all parts of the filter.
4. Reinstall the new filter bag and follow the above usage procedures.

It is strictly prohibited to open the upper cover of the filter
while the equipment is running, otherwise it may cause serious casualties.
